Parolo is in position to make a superb defensive play to hamper Totti from getting a shot away inside the area. Lazio have one foot in the Coppa Italia final with the final whistle moments away.
90' +3
L. Biglia gets yellow.
Biglia concedes a dangerous free-kick on the right and is booked to boot.
Perotti's deliveries have been well below par, as his free-kick was cleared away, before he gets two bites of the cherry from the corner, only to see it fail to reach a teammate each time.
90' +2
A. Murgia enters the game and replaces S. Milinković-Savić.
Milinkovic-Savic will depart, and on comes Muriga.
90'
Everything that has been thrown into the Lazio penalty area has been repelled with some conviction by the home side. De Vrij has been particularly outstanding in the heart of the back three.
88'
Keita is electric on the ball once again to storm down the left-hand side. He cuts in onto his right foot and has a crack, but it's right down the throat of Alisson, who releases it quickly with a great throw.
86'
F. Totti enters the game and replaces Bruno Peres.
A very late throw of the dice to introduce Totti in place of Bruno Peres.
85'
This game has been grim viewing for the Roma fans inside Stadio Olimpico. Nothing they've tried in attack has worked out, and they now have considerable work to do in the second leg.
83'
Milinkovic-Savic plays what looked like a great reverse pass to Immobile, but the goalscorer is called for an offside. The ball is quickly back in the Lazio penalty area but once again, it's easily cleared away.
80'
L. Crecco enters the game and replaces J. Lukaku.
Luca Crecco has been thrown on, with Lukaku making way.
Lazio have all the bragging rights, which are protected by a superb save from Strakosha, who saw a shot late via a deflection but still managed to spread himself to divert it around the post!
78'
C. Immobile has scored a goal for Lazio! Assist by K. Baldé.
What an impact off the bench!
IMMOBILE DOUBLES LAZIO'S ADVANTAGE! Superb play from the substitute Keita, who made Manolas look like an amateur with a run down the right, putting the ball on a plate for the striker to convert.

Description
77'
El Shaarawy attacks a cross, but gets no power or direction behind that one and Lazio have possession again.
76'
T. Strakosha gets yellow.
Strakosha gets booked for what looks like timewasting.
75'
Wallace stretches to boot clear a deep flicked header that looked for a second like it was about to put Dzeko through. Roma are pressing for the leveller, but Lazio are always dangerous on the break.
73'
El Shaarawy is upm or rather down in arms after he was sent to the turf in a challenge, but the referee refused to award anything. Roma have been rattled and ruffled throughout this game.
72'
A. Rüdiger gets yellow.
Rudiger bundles over Milinkovic-Savic and is booked.
71'
Milinkovic-Savic shows great poise to evade pressure and release Lukaku down the left-hand side. The wing-back hoists a tremendous cross into the area that was begging to be hit by Immobile!
69'
S. El Shaarawy enters the game and replaces Mohamed Salah.
El Shaarawy is the next man off the bench, replacing Salah.
68'
OFFSIDE! Immobile races behind Fazio to get onto a long ball. He brings it down expertly, turning and firing into the back of the net. However, the flag is up as he had strayed into an illegal position.
67'
K. Baldé enters the game and replaces Felipe Anderson.
Keita is introduced, and off goes Felipe Anderson.
65'
As the match progresses, it appears more likely that Lazio will get a second over Roma managing to break their duck.
63'
D. Perotti enters the game and replaces L. Paredes.
Diego Perotti is introduced for Paredes.
Lukaku has had a few unlucky moments in the final third as his execution has let him down. He arrives a split second too late to get on the end of a cutback on the edge of the area.
60'
This time it's Roma's turn to fashion an opening, and no surprise to see Salah on the end of it. His snap shot doesn't beat Strakosha, however. Still the one goal in this as we approach the hour mark.
57'
WIDE OF THE MARK! Lazio turn defence into attack in an instant as Felipe Anderson and Immobile lead a two-on-two break. The former spreads it to the latter, who tees up the arriving Parolo for a shot that is the wrong side of the post.
54'
Roma are keeping a very high defensive line that could be exploited by Lazio, who have Immobile and Felipe Anderson in attacking positions even when they don't have possession.
51'
We're not seeing much in the way of an attacking threat from Roma. In the first period they resorted to the high ball too often, which mostly ended up turning the ball over to Lazio.
48'
No changes at the break from either manager as Lazio prevent Rudiger from making an overlapping run down the channel. Some of the play at the back from the hosts has been exemplary.
46'
Off we go again!
45'
Immobile is onto the ball down the left-hand side, and he feeds the run of Lukaku well. The wing-back nearly finds Milinkovic-Savic with the killer tee-up, but Roma manage to get a foot in and clear.
42'
Lazio nearly put themselves in real danger when Milinkovic-Savic tries to dribble his way out of trouble. The ball finds its way to Bastos, who attempts to do the same but slips, conceding a corner.
41'
M. Parolo gets yellow.
Yellow card Marco Parolo
40'
Wallace was caught napping as Paredes pinged a pass beyond him for Salah to chase. The Egyptian tried to pick out Dzeko at the near post, but De Vrij positioned himself well to block on the slide.
38'
Paredes hooks what turns out to be a glorious ball to the back post for Dzeko, who gets an inch of space beyond De Vrij to try a volley, but he sends it well behind the goal.
36'
Emerson gets away from Felipe Anderson and sprays a good low cross into the area which Salah attacked first time with his left foot. Unfortunately for Roma, he got no accuracy on that.
34'
Immobile is certainly up for this match as he attempts to take on the defence by himself for the second time, but runs out of momentum as he shanks an effort horribly wide of the target.
31'
OVER THE CROSSBAR! Roma come within inches of getting back on level terms as Dzeko towers over his man to attach a high ball, but he fails to keep his header down to trouble the keeper.
29'
S. Milinković-Savić has scored a goal for Lazio! Assist by Felipe Anderson.
Roma are just starting to slack off in the middle as Lukaku gets the ball to Immobile, who glides past Antonio Rudiger, but his attempted curler for the far corner goes well over the top.
His run opened up the space for Milinkovic-Savic.
LAZIO TAKE THE LEAD! Milinkovic-Savic started the move with a burst through midfield, and a smart pass to release Felipe Anderson. He continued his run into the box and got the return pass to smash home!
28'
Federico Fazio puts himself in a moment of bother with a turnover that presents the ball to Felipe Anderson, but he then cleans up his own mess with a crunching challenge on the edge of the area.
25'
SAVED! Alisson is called into action to beat away a stinging drive from Ciro Immobile. He would have had no chance from the rebound, but Lukaku can't keep it down from just outside the box.
23'
Nainggolan surges forward on the ball and beats his first man. The crowd holds their breath as the Belgian winds up, but his effort is a tame one that doesn't trouble the goalkeeper.
21'
A potentially dangerous attack down the left-hand side sees the ball find Milinkovic-Savic's head and flash menacingly across the face of goal, where Salah was a little too late to profit from the loose ball.
19'
The game is starting to open up now as Roma get into more crossing positions. Lazio's back three is allowing them to adopt those areas in favour of getting in the area to mark the likes of Dzeko.
17'
Good strong run down the right by Jordan Lukaku, but it's met with an even better sliding challenge from Peres to get rid of the danger. Roma are defending confidently so far in this game.
14'
Roma force more pressure in the Lazio area with two crosses in quick succession that are blocked before they reach Strakosha, who is then called into action to catch a tame header.
12'
Lazio do manage to force one opening down the right side of the penalty area, but Felipe Anderson, under pressure from Kostas Manolas, can only fire into the side netting. Alisson looked to have had it covered in any case.
10'
Lazio do lack pace at the back, and it was nearly ruthlessly exploited by Salah, who broke past the defensive trio, only to see Thomas Strakosha race to the edge of the area to smother.
8'
Edin Dzeko is closed down quickly on the edge of the area, but the ball comes wide for Bruno Peres, whose sweeping cross is eventually cleared away. Roma appeal for a handball on Bastos, but no dice.
7'
Rough period in the centre of the park as Roma try to thread the ball through to Mohmed Salah, but they're bumped at every turn by the Lazio midfield. Competitive start to this game.
4'
Roma have dominated recent contests between these two sides, and they've started in confident mood here, passing the ball fluidly just outside the Lazio area.
3'
Roma force another corner but Lazio are finally able to clear.
2'
CHANCE! Roma have the first opening, and it's an excellent one. Emerson found some space on the left, and crossed to find Dzeko, whose effort was deflected over the top. Worrying signs for Lazio.
1'
There's a pulsating atmosphere inside the stadium as both sides try to find their feet in the early stages.
Lazio get us underway...
Hello and welcome to the live text commentary for tonight's hotly anticipated Coppa Italia semi-final first leg between Lazio and Roma at the Stadio Olimpico.
Roma eased past Sampdoria in the last 16 of the Coppa Italia, but needed a 97th minute penalty from veteran talisman Francesco Totti to secure a 2-1 win over Cesena in the quarter-finals. They enjoyed a fabulous February, winning all five of their domestic fixtures and dispatching Villarreal 4-0 in the away leg of their Europa League clash.
Lazio reached the semi-final with victories over Genoa and Inter, and will be hoping to go one step further and get their hands on their first silverware since that 2012/13 triumph over Roma. Simone Inzaghi's men are in good form, with four wins in their last five games.
Each Rome derby is an occasion, but there is added spice this evening with both sides just two games away from the final of the Coppa Italia. Recent form in the fixture favours Roma, who are unbeaten in their last seven meetings with their city neighbours, but that defeat was in the final of this competition in 2013, when Lazio came away with a 1-0 victory and the trophy.
TEAM NEWS: Lazio make a raft of changes from the side that beat Udinese, with six alterations. Patric, Hoedt, Radu, Murgia, Lulic and Keita are replaced by Bastos, Wallace, Basta, Biglia, Milinkovic and Lukaku.
Roma make three changes from the side which beat Inter 3-1 on Sunday. In come Alisson, Paredes and Emerson for Szczesny, De Rossi and Juan Jesus.
Lazio [3-5-2]: Strakosha; Bastos, de Vrij, Wallace; Basta, Parolo, Biglia, Milinkovic, Lukaku; Felipe Anderson, Immobile. Subs: Vargic, Adamonis, Spizzichino, Hoedt, Crecco, Murgia, Mohamed, Keita, Luis Alberto, Lombardi, Djordjevic.
Roma [3-4-2-1]: Alisson; Rudiger, Fazio, Manolas; Peres, Paredes, Strootman, Emerson; Nainggolan, Salah; Dzeko. Subs: Sczcesny, Lobont, Jesus, Grenier, Perotti, Totti, Vermaelen, De Rossi, Mario Rui, Gerson, El Shaarawy.
We're around 20 minutes from kick-off in this fascinating semi-final.
We're less than five minutes away now, and the atmosphere inside the Stadio Olimpico is building as the players begin to gather in the tunnel.
Just seconds away from kick-off now.
And that will do it from Stadio Olimpico for now, as the first leg of this Coppa Italia tie sees Lazio in front thanks to Milinkovic-Savic's goal. The home side have defended well to boot, with De Vrij leading the way in that respect. A lot to play for, so stay tuned.
And that will do it! Lazio take a huge step towards the Coppa Italia showpiece with a comfortable 2-0 win over Roma in the derby. Goals from Milinkovic-Savic and Immobile did the damage for the Biancocelesti, leaving the Giallorossi with a two-goal deficit to overcome in the second leg at this ground at the beginning of April. That's all from us, thanks for tuning in!
