Side-netting! Pinamonti fires a first-time volley into the side netting from a tight angle inside the box after a good run down the right-hand side by Gagliardini.
88'
Chance!! Somehow Inter fail to put the ball into the back of the net as Banega controls it 10 yards out with Vargic out of position in the middle of his area, but the striker fails to take a shot and ends up running the ball straight into the grateful goalkeeper’s arms.
86'
É. Banega enters the game and replaces G. Medel.
A third and final change from Stefano Vecchi now as Medel is replaced by Ever Banega, who scored against Lazio in the reverse fixture earlier this season.
84'
Inter are really pushing for a fourth goal now as Nagatomo’s cross is just about headed away by Wallace before Candreva is fouled by Biglia.
81'
A. Pinamonti enters the game and replaces Éder.
The scorer of Inter's third goal, Eder, is given a breather now as Andrea Pinamonti comes on to replace him.
80'
C. Lombardi gets yellow.
Things are getting really scrappy now and Hoedt is perhaps lucky to avoid a second yellow card for a needless push on Andreolli off the ball, before Lombardi is booked for another poor challenge.
78'
S. Lulić gets a second yellow card and is sent off.
L. Crecco enters the game and replaces Felipe Anderson.
Another change for Lazio now as Felipe Anderson is replaced by Luca Crecco.
LAZIO ARE DOWN TO NINE MEN!! Lulic becomes the second Lazio player to be sent off for a rash late tackle on Gagliardini. It was more clumsy than malicious but it wasn’t the best challenge to be making having already received a yellow card.
76'
This game may well be beyond Lazio now and the players are looking pretty weary at the moment.
74'
Éder has scored a goal for Inter Milan!
GOOOAAAAAALLLLLLLLL!!! Eder smashes in Inter’s third!! Perisic turns the ball towards goal from the edge of the six yard box, and although Hoedt gets back to prevent the Croatian’s effort from rolling in, he can only knock the ball straight to Eder who smashes it into the back of the net from a couple of yards out.
71'
S. Lulić gets yellow.
A slightly unusual yellow card for Lulic now as he picks the ball up thinking it has gone out of play for a throw-in when in actual fact the ball had not gone out of play, although the booking may well have been for his reaction as much as for the handball.
Minute
Description
70'
CLOSE! Another chance for Inter to extend their lead as Eder gets in behind the Lazio defence inside the right-hand edge of the penalty area, only for his ambitious attempted chip to sail wide of Vargic’s goal.
69'
Close! Gagliardini slips a lovely pass in behind the Lazio defence down the left-hand side for Nagatomo to chase, but Vargic comes off his line extremely quickly to claim the ball ahead of the left-back, who would’ve had a golden opportunity had he got to that.
67'
C. Lombardi enters the game and replaces Luis Alberto.
Another change for Lazio now immediately following that red card with Alberto being replaced by Christiano Lombardi.
66'
K. Baldé gets a second yellow card and is sent off.
The Inter players are not happy about the free-kick so there’s a delay in it being taken, but when it eventually is taken Biglia curls it straight into the wall.
Keita is sent off!!!!! The striker knocks the ball past Medel inside the box and goes down despite there being very little contact, and referee Di Bello shows him a second yellow card for the dive.
63'
Lazio are now awarded a free-kick right on the edge of the Inter penalty area following a push on Milinkovic-Savic by Nagatomo, and this is a wonderful position for the home side.
61'
K. Baldé gets yellow.
Keita becomes to latest player to go into the referee’s book for a foul on Candreva, who picks himself up to put in an unusually poor delivery from the free-kick.
59'
D. Basta enters the game and replaces S. de Vrij.
A first change for Lazio now as Dusan Basta comes on to replace De Vrij, which will presumably mean a switch to a back four for Lazio.
57'
OFF THE BAR!!! Lazio come within inches of drawing level as Immobile fires a ferocious right-footed effort against the crossbar from the just inside the box having been played in by Keita.
55'
Candreva stands over another free-kick on the right-hand side and swings it into a dangerous area, but the referee’s whistle goes while the ball is in the air to penalise Gagliardini for a push.
53'
Alberto now brings Brozovic to ground midway through the Inter half which the Spaniard certainly doesn’t agree with. The intensity of this game has increased at the start of this second with both sides far more eager to push forward than they were in the first.
51'
Things are just starting to become a little bit scrappy now as Inter feel they should have a free-kick as Eder goes to ground before referee Di Bello awards Lazio a free-kick with Inter on the ball in a good position.
49'
HUGE CHANCE FOR EDER!!! Candreva drives into space down the right-hand side before cutting a cross back towards Eder who runs onto the ball at pace, but he scuffs his first-time shot horribly and it loops over the bar from 10 yards out.
47'
Éder gets yellow.
CLOSE!! Eder and Perisic shift the free-kick sideways before the former curls a low effort narrowly wide of the right-hand post.
Eder now returns the favour on Hoedt by bringing him down with a rash challenge, and he joins the Lazio defender in the book.
46'
W. Hoedt gets yellow.
Kick-off! Lazio get the second half underway.
Hoedt goes into the book for bringing down Eder just outside the Lazio penalty area and Inter have a free-kick in an extremely dangerous position in the middle of the goal.
45' +1
Chance!! Candreva whips in the cross from the free-kick but Milinkovic-Savic heads it clear, before Eder somehow fails to turn the ball in from just a couple of yards out in the following passage of play.
45'
Inter are awarded a free-kick close to the right-hand touchline following a foul by Hoedt, who looks a little bemused by the decision despite it being a clear push.
43'
This game has completely turned on its head in the last few minutes and Inter threaten once more as Perisic whips in a dangerous cross towards Eder from the left, but Lazio are just about able to cut out the danger and clear the ball away.
41'
CHANCE!! A huge chance for Keita as Felipe Anderson drives infield from the right-hand side before slipping a neat pass into Keita who lifts the ball over the bar and onto the roof of the net, although the flag does go up for offside against the striker so the goal would not have stood.
39'
Simone Inzaghi looks shell-shocked in his technical area and understandably so, as his side looked in complete control of this game just a few minutes ago.
37'
W. Hoedt is unfortunate, scores an own goal!
GOOOOAAAAALLLLLLLL!!!!! Wesley Hoedt turns into his own net! Inter lead out of absolutely nowhere as Hoedt sticks out a toe at the near post and inadvertently turns Candreva’s tame cross past Vargic and into his own net.
36'
All of a sudden Inter look the far more dangerous side and Felipe Anderson has to be alert at the far post to head the ball clear.
33'
Inter had started to improve in the couple of minutes prior to that goal, but Simone Inzaghi will be furious with the ease with which Inter were able draw level.
31'
M. Andreolli has scored a goal for Inter Milan! Assist by I. Perišić.
Perišić did well to just get enough on his header at the near post to get it into a dangerous area for Andreolli to attack.
GOOOOAAAAAALLLLLLLLL!!!! Marco Andreolli heads Inter level!! Inter win a corner on the left-hand side and Perisic gets his head to it at the near post to flick it into a dangerous area, where Andreolli arrives to powerfully head the ball into the bottom corner from six yards out.
29'
Nagatomo plays a long ball forward down the left-hand side which goes nowhere near any other Inter players and straight out for a goal kick, rather summing up Inter’s start to this game.
27'
The Inter fans appear to be getting a little frustrated at the moment as their side have not got going in this match so far.
25'
Lazio give the ball away with some sloppy play inside their own half and Gary Medel plays a long, diagonal ball forward into the Lazio box, but Ivan Vargic, who’s had very little to do so far, comes off his line quickly to claim the ball high above his head.
23'
D. Santon enters the game and replaces J. Murillo.
Murillo looks to have picked up a knock and he’s not going to be able to continue, meaning an early introduction for Davide Santon.
22'
Felipe Anderson shows a lovely piece of skill to knock the ball between the legs of Yuto Nagatomo to get into space down the right-hand side, but the left-back recovers well to make a good sliding tackle to knock the ball out of play.
20'
Keita is involved in almost every attack for Lazio at the minute, this time drawing a foul from Roberto Gagliardini, although he is then caught offside in the following passage of play.
18'
Penalty goal scored by K. Baldé for Lazio!
GOOOOOOAAAALLLLLLL!!! Keita scores from the spot!! Felipe Anderson shows a burst of pace to get down the outside of Murillo who brings him down prompting the referee to point to the spot, and Keita fires the penalty high past Samir Handanovic to put Lazio ahead.
17'
J. Murillo gets yellow.
PENALTY TO LAZIO!!!
Yellow card Jeison Fabián Murillo Cerón
16'
Lazio once again break forward at pace and Keita is involved once more, laying the ball back to Alberto on the left-hand corner of the box, but his cross isn’t quite strong enough and once again Inter clear the ball away.
14'
Lazio are starting to look a little bit more threatening now and Lucas Biglia plays Keita in behind the Inter defence down the left-hand side with a wonderful long pass, but the striker has to wait for support to arrive before putting the cross in, by which time Inter are back in numbers to clear the ball away.
11'
Inter knock the ball around inside their own half without really going anywhere and eventually give it away to Keita who feeds Immobile with a first-time pass, but the striker has very little option other than to go for goal, and his 25-yard shot is well blocked with several Inter players ahead of him.
9'
A half-chance for Lazio as Luis Alberto picks up the ball in space midway through the Inter half and slips a pass into the box towards Ciro Immobile, but the ball is fractionally too heavy for the striker, who would’ve been clean through on goal had he been able to get on the end of it.
7'
Lazio are awarded a free-kick 30 yards out on the right-hand side following a foul on Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, but they try a clever training ground routine from the set piece and end up losing the ball.
5'
There are half-hearted appeals for a penalty from the Lazio players as Keita is bundled to ground by Jeison Murillo, but referee Di Marco is not interested and calls for the player to get back to his feet.
4'
Simone Inzaghi is already out on the edge of his technical area barking instructions to his side as Antonio Candreva gets away from the Lazio defence down the right-hand side, but Stefan De Vrij is well positioned at the near post to cut out his cross and prevent the ball from going out for a corner.
2'
Balde Keita links up well with Felipe Anderson down the right-hand side but Inter are back in numbers to cut out the danger. Lazio have settled into this game well though.
1'
Kick-off! Referee Marco Di Bella blows his whistle and Inter get the game underway.
Hello and welcome to live coverage of the Serie A game between Lazio and Inter at the Stadio Olimpico.
A top three finish and Champions League qualification is no longer possible for Lazio, however a win would guarantee fourth place and Europa League qualification with a game to spare.
They come into the game having been beaten 2-0 by Juventus in the Coppa Italia final last time out, however they have won three of their last four league matches, including a 7-3 victory over Sampdoria.
Inter currently sit eighth in the Serie A table, however AC Milan’s win over Bologna earlier today means they are no longer able to finish inside the top six and will therefore miss out on Europa League qualification.
They will certainly be determined to put an end to a miserable run of form though, having lost their last four matches, conceding nine goals in the process.
Lazio make four changes from the side that started the Coppa Italia final with Ivan Vargic, Wesley Hoedt, Felipe Anderson and Luis Alberto coming in for Thomas Strakosha, Bastos, Dusan Basta and Marco Parolo.
Inter meanwhile make two changes from the side that was beaten by Sassuolo in their last match, with Gary Medel and Eder replacing Joao Mario and Mauro Icardi.
Mauro Icardi scored twice as Inter ran out 3-0 winners when the two sides met at the San Siro in Serie A in December, however Lazio got their revenge just a few weeks later with a 2-1 win in the Coppa Italia at the same venue.
The players are making their way through the tunnel and out onto the pitch. Kick-off is not far away now.
Half-time: Lazio 1-2 Inter
Inter have come from behind to lead at the Stadio Olimpico thanks to a Hoedt own goal after Andreolli had cancelled out Keita’s early penalty. Lazio controlled the game in the early stages but looked completely shell-shocked having conceded two goals in quick succession.
Inter caretaker manager Stefano Vecchi will be hoping his side can continue at the start of the second half the way they finished the first, while Simone Inzaghi will be keen for Keita and Felipe Anderson to see more of the ball in the second half, as they both looked a threat early on in the first.
Full-time: Lazio 1-3 Inter
Inter bring an end to a four game losing streak with a comfortable victory over Lazio in Rome. Balde Keita gave the home side the lead with an early penalty, but Inter hit back with two goals in quick succession thanks to Marco Andreolli and a Wesley Hoedt own goal, before Lazio had Keita and Senad Lulic sent off either side of an Eder goal which wrapped up the points for Stefano Vecchi's side. That’s all from us for today, thanks for joining us and we hope you can join us again soon.
