Good morning and welcome along to today's coverage of Fiorentina vs Milan from Serie A. Today's match promises to be a close encounter as both teams come into the game in similar form of late. The home side have won two in five, while Milan have eanred just three points more under new boss Gennaro Gattuso.

Fiorentina will feel they have had enough of the ball to be in the lead but the game clicked into life too late towards the interval. Donnarumma has helped Milan keep a cleansheet but going forward they have offered nothing.

After a slow first 65 minutes, the game finally burst into life but Fiorentina failed to do enough to grab all three points. Simeone's goal was richly deserved and he was a menace for the full 90 minutes but some lacklustre defending cost them dear in the end.
Milan still look low on confidence overall and Gattuso has his work cut out if he is to turn their fortunes around in the coming weeks. Calhanoglu made a big difference off the bench and he will be pushing for a start next time out. Both Leonardo Bonucci and Romagnoli were solid but their midfield was just outclassed today!
