Great chance for Everton! A long ball is fired deep into the Liverpool half of the pitch and picks out Bolasie in a really promising position. Sigurdsson makes an excellent run into the box and should be set up by his team-mate, but Bolasie instead decides to shoot from 20 yards out and sends his strike high over the crossbar.
90' +2
Space opens up for Oxlade-Chamberlain over on the right flank and allows him to get a shot away from just outside of the Everton penalty area, but there's far too much power behind his effort and it sails comfortably wide of the far post.
90' +1
Almost a chance for Niasse! Lookman, who has really impressed since coming off the substitutes' bench, weaves his way in from the left wing before lifting a lofted pass over to Bolasie. The winger then quickly tries to tee up Niasse in front of goal, but Van Dijk deals with the volleyed cross well and is able to shepherd it away from danger.
90'
The fourth official has indicated that there will be four minutes of added time.
88'
D. Solanke gets yellow.
Solanke knocks Bolasie to the ground on the halfway line, resulting in a yellow card for the striker and a free-kick for Everton. It's worked over to the left wing and towards Lookman, who then fires a cross into the penalty area that's completely overhit and can't find a team-mate in front of goal.
87'
Liverpool patiently knock the ball around inside the Everton half of the pitch as they try to keep the ball as far away from their opponents at possible. A chipped pass is then sent up towards Solanke, but the striker can't quite reach the ball on the edge of the visitors' box.
86'
T. Davies enters the game and replaces J. McCarthy.
Everton have made their third and final alteration, with Tom Davies coming on to take the place of McCarthy.
84'
V. van Dijk has scored a goal for Liverpool! Assist by A. Oxlade-Chamberlain.
GOAL! Van Dijk scores what could be the winner for his new club! A curling corner is whipped into the heart of the Everton box and should be dealt with by Pickford, but it's completely missed by the goalkeeper, allowing Van Dijk to rise high and nod the ball in the back of the net. What a huge goal on his debut!
Oxlade-Chamberlain's cross into the box was a good one and perfectly picked out Van Dijk, but Pickford really should have done better. The goalkeeper darted out quickly but misjudged the flight of the ball, resulting in him totally missing it.
83'
Alexander-Arnold makes a great run into the right-hand side of the Everton box as Liverpool break forward quickly. Oxlade-Chamberlain has the ball at his feet and looks set to tee up the full-back to shoot, but his pass into the penalty area is poorly hit and easily dealt with by Jagielka.
82'
O. Niasse enters the game and replaces D. Calvert-Lewin.
Everton have made a late switch, with Calvert-Lewin making way for Oumar Niasse up front.

Description
80'
Great opportunity for Firmino! Solanke is held back by Lookman as they battle for the ball out wide, and Liverpool are awarded a free-kick in a good position. Oxlade-Chamberlain's cross is slightly overhit but is deflected over to Firmino, who, in a pocket of space, quickly shoots and blasts a deflected shot just wide of the far post.
78'
An Everton free-kick from the halfway line is fired deep into the home side's half of the pitch, but it can't pick out a blue shirt and Liverpool quickly counter-attack. Oxlade-Chamberlain blasts a long-range pass over to the left wing and towards the onrushing Solanke, who tries to beat Kenny to the ball but loses out to the young defender.
77'
D. Solanke enters the game and replaces J. Gomez.
T. Alexander-Arnold enters the game and replaces J. Milner.
And the second is Dominic Solanke, with Gomez making way.
Jurgen Klopp has decided to make a double substitution as his side try to find a way back in front. The first player to come on is Trent Alexander-Arnold, who replaces Milner.
76'
Liverpool aren't quite able to clear the danger from their own half of the pitch, gifting Lookman possession over on the left wing. The youngster quickly wins his side a free-kick after being cynically pulled back by Gomez, but Sigurdsson's cross into the penalty area fails to cause too many problems for the hosts.
74'
Everton are back on the front foot once again as they look for a second goal. Bolasie dances his way in from the right flank and tries to pick out Calvert-Lewin on the edge of the home side's box, but his pass is slightly underhit and can only find Oxlade-Chamberlain.
72'
Morgan Schneiderlin commits a clumsy challenge midway inside the Everton half of the pitch, and Liverpool are presented with a great opportunity to launch the ball into the box. The cross is a good one and almost bounces to Van Dijk, who looks set to pull the trigger from close range but is beaten to the ball by Jagielka before he's able to do so.
70'
G. Wijnaldum enters the game and replaces A. Lallana.
Everton's equaliser has forced Klopp into making a change, with Georginio Wijnaldum coming on to replace Lallana.
69'
A slightly stunned Liverpool immediately push forward from the restart as they try to carve out a chance on goal and find a way back in front, but Can's attempted pass into the penalty area is totally overhit and fails to find a team-mate before rolling harmlessly out of play.
67'
G. Sigurðsson has scored a goal for Everton! Assist by P. Jagielka.
That was really good play by Jagielka, who no doubt would have been confused himself after charging almost the entire length of the pitch to help out on the counter-attack. Everton did wonderfully well there to hit their opponents on a great attacking move.
GOAL! Everton have equalised! After dealing with a Liverpool corner, Everton break forward on a blisteringly quick counter-attack through Lookman. The youngster charges deep into the visitors' half of the pitch before picking out Jagielka, who, for some reason, finds himself on the edge of the box. The defender immediately knocks the ball back to Sigurdsson, who then sidefoots a lovely strike into the bottom right-hand corner of the net. Game on!
65'
Calvert-Lewin goes close! A brilliant cross is curled into the middle of the Liverpool box and looks set to tee up Calvert-Lewin, who once again tries to test Karius from close range but can only get the top of his head on the ball, sending it glancing behind for a goal-kick instead of into the back of the net.
63'
Big opportunity for Van Dijk! Liverpool break down the right wing and win themselves a free-kick in a dangerous position. It's whipped into the penalty area and manages to pick out Van Dijk in a really good area, but the newly signed defender can only find the hands of Pickford with his downward header.
61'
Liverpool are really ramping up the pressure on Everton! This time it's Oxlade-Chamberlain who sprints into the right-hand side of the visitors' box before trying to cut a pass back to Mane, but Kenny is there to throw his body in front of the Senegalese before he can shoot.
60'
J. McCarthy gets yellow.
Ouch! The referee's yellow card is out for a second time this evening, and it's James McCarthy who receives a booking after catching Milner on the top of the foot before pushing the Liverpool midfielder to the ground.
59'
And now Robertson goes close! Bolasie is beaten far too easily over on the left-hand side of the Everton box and quickly unleashes a rocket of a shot from close range, but it's well saved by Jordan Pickford at the near post and parried away from danger.
58'
Vital interception by Holgate! After just about managing to deal with the free-kick, Liverpool hit their opponents on a quick counter-attack. Mane charges down the right channel before setting up Firmino to whip a cross into the penalty area, where Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain battles for the ball but loses out to Holgate.
57'
Bolasie cuts inside from the right wing and is clumsily tripped over by Milner, resulting in a free-kick for Everton in a promising position. Sigurdsson steps up and curls a cross towards the edge of the six-yard box, where Karius should deal with the pass but ends up fumbling the ball under pressure. Luckily for the German, his team-mates are able to quickly clear the danger for him.
55'
And now Lallana goes close! Everton's back line are caught slightly too far up the pitch after failing to deal with a lofted pass forward. Lallana charges towards the penalty area and takes on Pickford, but his rushed shot is scuffed wide of the goal.
54'
Free header for Gomez! Mane dances his way into the left-hand side of the visitors' box before taking on Kenny, who does well to close down the Senegal international and poke the ball behind for a corner. The set-piece is whipped in by Lallana and sails over to the far post, where Gomez is all alone but somehow can't hit the target with his downward header.
53'
Big call by Big Sam! The Liverpool fans roar with delight as Rooney is replaced by Lookman just eight minutes into the second half. The Everton captain doesn't look at all happy with that decision!
52'
A. Lookman enters the game and replaces W. Rooney.
After starting the second half slightly on the back foot, Liverpool push forward on their first attacking move since the break. They're unable to make it count, however, as Firmino is caught in an offside position and Everton are easily able to hold on.
50'
Calvert-Lewin goes close! Rooney picks up the ball out wide and immediately sends a wonderful cross over towards the far post. Calvert-Lewin rises high and looks set to test Karius from close range, but Robertson just about manages to get a touch on the ball to nod it away from the striker and behind for a corner.
48'
A pocket of space appears over on the right wing, allowing Bolasie to cut inside quickly as he heads towards the Liverpool penalty area. It looks as if he's going to be able to penetrate the box, but he's closed down and loses his footing before he's able to do so.
46'
We're underway once again!
45' +2
Everton try to push forward on one final attacking move before the break as they try to carve out a chance on goal, but Calvert-Lewin is barged off the ball before he can penetrate the penalty area. He and the rest of the Everton players all scream for a free-kick, but the referee isn't at all interested and instead brings an end to the opening period.
45'
The fourth official has indicated that there will be two minutes of added time.
43'
The game gets back underway and Liverpool immediately push forward down the left flank. Robertson swings a lovely cross into the middle of the box and towards Mane, who launches his body towards the ball but can't quite reach it ahead of Jagielka.
42'
The referee is eventually able to bring order to proceedings once again and, after having a quick word with the fourth official, decides to just give both Firmino and Holgate a stern talking to instead of brandishing any cards. Holgate is a very luck boy indeed!
41'
It's all kicking off! Holgate and Firmino battle for the ball deep down the left wing, and the young defender ends up pushing the Brazilian into the crowd after shepherding the ball out for a throw-in. Firmino reacts angrily and an almighty fracas involving almost every outfield player takes place, leaving the referee with plenty to deal with as he tries to calm everyone down.
39'
A bit of space opens up 30 yards away from the Everton goal for Van Dijk, who decides to unleash an audacious strike. It rifles towards goal before hitting Firmino, who deflects the ball behind for a goal-kick off his back.
37'
Firmino sprints into the Everton penalty area and tries to latch onto a clever through-ball from Can as Liverpool hit their opponents once again, but this time the visitors are just about able to deal with the danger after Phil Jagielka gets the right side of the Brazilian.
35'
Penalty goal scored by J. Milner for Liverpool!
GOAL! Milner steps up and coolly fires a shot down the middle of the goal and into the back of the net to give Liverpool the lead.
34'
PENALTY! A quick move from the hosts sets up Lallana to charge into the box and take on Mason Holgate, who grabs at the midfielder and sends him crashing to the ground. Mane quickly shoots and misses, resulting in the referee immediately pointing to the spot.
33'
Mane is left in a pocket of space just outside of the Everton penalty area at the end of another determined Liverpool attacking move. The Senegalese quickly spins and unleashes a rocket of a shot from 25 yards out, but, not for the first time this evening, there's far too much power behind it.
31'
The home side come back once again as they attempt to carve out a rare chance on goal, but Lallana's cross into the penalty area is slightly overhit and isn't fully controlled by Roberto Firmino, who can only nod the ball out for a goal-kick. It hasn't quite been Liverpool's day so far.
29'
Liverpool patiently pass the ball around as they try to find a way through the sea of blue shirts camped in front of them. Adam Lallana receives possession not far outside of the box and looks as if he's going to take a run at goal, but a heavy first touch denies him the opportunity to do so and the visitors easily win back possession.
27'
Bolasie, who has been one of Everton's best players so far, makes a nuisance of himself over on the right flank once again before swinging in a cross that Van Dijk is forced into nodding behind for a corner. Sigurdsson steps up and curls a cross towards the near post, where it's cleared out to Cuco Martina. The full-back quickly shoots, but his long-range effort is poorly hit and fails to sail anywhere near its intended target.
25'
Great chance for Milner! A lovely, curling cross from Gomez sails deep into the Everton box and perfectly picks out Milner, who quickly unleashes a half-volleyed effort on goal that bounces just a yard or two wide of the far post.
23'
Calvert-Lewin holds up the ball over on the right wing at the end of another good piece of build-up play by Everton before poking the ball over to the onrushing Kenny. The defender then swings a cross into the penalty area, but it's overhit and fails to pick out a team-mate inside the box before bouncing over to the opposite flank.
21'
Jonjoe Kenny is eventually able to burst down the right flank and towards the Liverpool box after a good spell of possession for the visitors, but Robertson is there to dispossess the young full-back with a well-timed sliding tackle just outside of the penalty area.
19'
After spending the early stages of the game largely on the back foot, Everton are starting to get more involved in proceedings as they knock the ball around nicely inside the Liverpool half of the pitch. They're enjoying a good spell of possession as they do well to keep the ball away from their opponents.
17'
Sigurdsson out-muscles Gomez over on the left flank and does well to swing a cross into the heart of the Liverpool penalty area. It's slightly underhit by the Icelander, however, and Joel Matip is easily able to blast the ball away from danger before it can pick out a blue shirt in front of goal.
15'
Mane gets himself into a good position deep inside the Everton half of the pitch once again and this time decides to shoot, but his 25-yard effort is poorly hit and sails high and wide of the goal.
13'
Sadio Mane holds up the ball well on the edge of the Everton box before quickly skipping away from two defenders. He then turns and pokes the ball over to Emre Can, who is in a good position to shoot, but the German is quickly dispossessed by Gylfi Sigurdsson before he can pull the trigger.
11'
A lofted pass is fired across the pitch and over to the right flank, where Bolasie nods the ball down into the path of Dominic Calvert-Lewin. The youngster quickly spins and works the ball back to Bolasie, who curls a cross into the middle of the box that's comfortably collected by Loris Karius.
9'
A slight mistake from James Milner over on the right wing allows Bolasie to burst down the flank on a marauding run. He heads towards the byline before being dispossessed by Andrew Robertson, who pokes the ball behind for a corner. The set-piece fails to result in a chance on goal, as it's easily dealt with by the home side.
7'
W. Rooney gets yellow.
Proper derby tackle, that! It's only taken seven minutes for the referee to reach for his yellow card, and it's Wayne Rooney who finds himself on the receiving end of it. He loses the ball and tries to win it back ahead of Gomez, who reaches it first and is clattered into by a mistimed sliding challenge from the Everton number 10.
5'
Yannick Bolasie is brought into the game over on the right flank and immediately tries to charge his way into the Liverpool penalty area. He initially gets the better of Virgil van Dijk as he heads towards the near post, but he's crowded out and can't stop the ball from running behind for a goal-kick.
3'
It's Liverpool who push forward on the first attack of the game after a determined start to the night from both sides. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Sadio Mane link up well over on the right-hand side of the visitors' box before the latter tries to tee up Joe Gomez, but Jonjoe Kenny is there to poke the ball away from the full-back before he can swing a cross into the penalty area.

We're off! Everton get us underway, attacking from left to right.
Good evening and welcome to our live text commentary of today’s FA Cup third round tie between Liverpool and Everton at Anfield.
It’s little over three weeks since the last Merseyside derby took place, but these two old rivals are ready to lock horns once again as they battle for a place in the fourth round of the FA Cup. A stubborn Everton side were lucky to come away with a 1-1 draw in last month’s meeting, and Liverpool will no doubt be aiming to exact revenge with a fourth win in five games against their blue neighbours.
Liverpool arguably should have come away with all three points when the two sides last met, and their inability to kill off the game at an earlier stage will have thoroughly frustrated players and fans alike. However, the draw means they’re now unbeaten in their last 16 games across all competitions, with four of their previous five outings ending in victories. Another here tonight would certainly be welcome heading into their huge Premier League clash at home to Manchester City next weekend.
Everton are now without a win against their local rivals in over seven years, while their last victory at Anfield came so long ago that it occurred in the previous century, highlighting just how big a task this evening’s clash is for them. While they’ve improved defensively since Sam Allardyce took charge, their struggles in front of goal have cost them, and, despite initially hoping he’d be able to feature, they’ll be without new striker Cenk Tosun, whose move from Besiktas hasn’t yet been finalised.
Everton have managed to find the back of the net just once in their last four games, with Manchester United the latest side to get the better of them after they were narrowly beaten by Bournemouth last weekend. The Toffees initially enjoyed an upturn in form after Allardyce took charge, but a four-game winless run has left them scratching their heads and in need of a morale-boosting victory.
There’s just under 15 minutes left to go until kick-off, so let’s have a look at how the two teams will be lining up this this evening…
Liverpool substitutes: Ward, Alexander-Arnold, Klavan, Lovren, Wijnaldum, Ings, Solanke.
Liverpool XI (4-3-3): Karius; Gomez, Matip, Van Dijk, Robertson; Milner, Can, Oxlade-Chamberlain; Mane, Firmino, Lallana.
Jurgen Klopp has decided to make six changes to the Liverpool side that beat Burnley on the weekend, with the most notable inclusion being Virgil van Dijk, who replaces Dejan Lovren and starts his first game for the club since completing his record-breaking move from Southampton. Also in the starting line-up are Loris Karius, Joel Matip, Andrew Robertson, James Milner and Roberto Firmino, who replace Simon Mignolet, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Ragnar Klavan, Georginio Wijnaldum and Dominic Solanke, respectively.
Meanwhile, Everton boss Sam Allardyce has made five alterations to the team that featured in their last outing, with Michael Keane, Ashley Williams, Tom Davies, Nikola Vlasic and Oumar Niasse making way for Jonjoe Kenny, Phil Jagielka, James McCarthy, Gylfi Sigurdsson and Dominic Calvert-Lewin.
The two sides are making their way out onto the pitch, with just a few minutes to go until kick-off.
HALF-TIME: LIVERPOOL 1-0 EVERTON
So far, so good for Liverpool, who find themselves with a one-goal lead under their belts thanks to a calmly converted penalty from Milner. They've arguably been the better of the two sides, despite not being at their best. Everton have largely defended well, but, as has been the case over the last few weeks, they've struggled to carve out many chances at the other end of the pitch. They'll have to improve after the break if they're to find a way back into the game.
The two teams are making their way back out on to the pitch ahead of the start of the second half. Neither side have made any substitutions during the half-time break.
FULL-TIME: LIVERPOOL 2-1 EVERTON
A huge roar erupts around the stadium as the referee blows his whistle for the final time. What a debut for Van Dijk, who rose high and beat Pickford to the ball before heading in what would prove to be his new club's winning goal. It looked as if the game was heading for a draw after Sigurdsson's excellent equaliser, but Liverpool refused to back down and did really well to find a way back in front late on.
