There doesn't figure to be much, if any, time added on at the end of this match given the scoreline, which means Juventus' celebrations should commence shortly. This has been a forgettable night for Milan and they will have no complaints should the referee blow for full-time right on 90 minutes.
87'
C. Marchisio enters the game and replaces M. Pjanić.
The final change of the match is made by Juventus as Pjanic gives way for Marchisio.
85'
Juventus' celebrations will go long into the night, and could continue through the weekend. The Bianconeri will be back here on Sunday to take on Roma in the league, with the knowledge that as little as a point would be enough to secure them the title and yet another domestic double.
83'
G. Higuaín enters the game and replaces P. Dybala.
A deafening applause for Dybala who shows his appreciation for the supporters as he makes his way off here, replaced by Higuain for the final seven minutes.
80'
R. Montolivo enters the game and replaces M. Locatelli.
A final change made here by Gattuso sees Montolivo replace Locatelli.
76'
N. Kalinić is unfortunate, scores an own goal!
CAN IT POSSIBLY GET ANY WORSE FOR MILAN?! Pjanic bends in an inviting corner, but there's no Juventus player there to attack it as Kalinic shockingly heads it into his own net! This it turning into a catastrophe of massive proportions for Milan, and their supporters can hardly watch.
73'
D. Calabria gets yellow.
F. Bernardeschi enters the game and replaces Douglas Costa.
A first change for Juventus sees Bernardeschi replaces Costa.
Calabria goes into the book as frustration begins to set in for Milan.
71'
OFF THE POST! Matuidi intervenes to intercept a cross in from the left, but it nearly breaks the clean sheet for his side as it rattles off the post to the right of Buffon! The keeper could only stand and stare, letting out a wry smile as he sees it stay out off the woodwork.
70'
It's unbelievable how quickly this turned for Milan. They started the second half so brightly, having put in a close to flawless display defensively through the opening 45 minutes. But their positive start only seemed to anger Juventus who ramped up the pressure and Donnarumma simply crumbled under it.

68'
F. Borini enters the game and replaces Suso.
A second Milan change sees Borini replace Suso.
64'
M. Benatia has scored a goal for Juventus!
A NIGHTMARE FOR DONNARUMMA AS JUVENTUS HAVE A THIRD! Well the Milan keeper is the heir apparent to the Italy goal, but he's having a horrible night opposite the man he's being touted to replaced. He inexplicably spills what should have been a simple catch from a header, straight into the path of Benatia, and the centre-half pounces to score his second!
62'
N. Kalinić enters the game and replaces P. Cutrone.
Milan make their first change of the match as Kalinic replaces Cutrone.
61'
Douglas Costa has scored a goal for Juventus! Assist by J. Cuadrado.
Douglas Costa gets yellow.
Cuadrado provides the assist.
NOW JUVENTUS HAVE THEIR SECOND! That really feels like it might be game over in Rome! It's a dreadful moment for Donnarumma as that one was hit relatively right at him from Costa, but the keeper spills it into the back of the net! It's Costa's goal, but that's one the Milan keeper will live to regret.
Costa is booked for taking his shirt off in the celebration.
60'
DYBALA IS TAKING OVER! He's been exceptional since the restart and again comes so close to beating Donnarumma! Lovely footwork sees him skip beyond a challenge and carve out space for a shot, but his blistering effort from 25 yards is excellently stopped by the Milan keeper!
56'
M. Benatia has scored a goal for Juventus! Assist by M. Pjanić.
JUVENTUS OPEN THE SCORING IN ROME! Following a frantic start to the second half, it's safe to say that's been coming! Donnarumma makes a fine save on Dybala, but from the ensuing corner Benatia has essentially a free header and makes no mistake as he guides it in beautifully at the far post with Donnarumma rooted to his spot!
Pjanic provides the assist.
52'
HUGE CHANCE! Juventus respond to Milan's bright start to the half and carve out their best opportunity of the match! Mandzukic slips through Dybala, who is onside as he sends a curling first-time effort toward the far post, but the towering Donnarumma makes the save!
50'
IT ONLY NEEDED A TOUCH! Bonaventura with a lovely stepover to burn Cuadrado on the flank and then drills a low delivery across the face of goal, but no one in a red and black shirt can get on the end of it! What a chance that was!
48'
It's Milan who begin the second half on the front foot and force Buffon into action on the end of an encouraging spell of possession, but Calhanoglu's effort from 20 yards is nothing to really trouble the Juventus keeper.
46'
Back underway at the Stadio Olimpico!
45' +1
HALF-TIME: JUVENTUS 0-0 MILAN.
45'
There will be just one minute added on at the end of this first half.
43'
It has become increasingly congested as the ball is being contained largely in midfield. Juventus are enjoying the bulk of possession, but it's all a bit stale from them as they struggle to advance it in the face of this determined Milan defence.
41'
The tempo has fizzled out a bit here as the match winds down to the break. Conceding late before the interval would be a crushing blow to the side who allows it, so the two have adopted a more cautious approach so as not to make the vital mistake with the half-time looming.
37'
Into the final 10 minutes of this first half and while there have been chances for both sides, the fact that it remains goalless should not come as much of a surprise. After all, neither of these sides have conceded a goal of yet in the competition this season through four matches each, with Juventus scoring just six, and Milan four.
35'
There's been some nice skill on display from Juventus over the last five minutes, but their attacking output has mainly stemmed from individual moments of quality. The Bianconeri have lacked a bit of cohesion in attack, with Milan doing well to take away the option from the man in possession.
33'
Straight at Donnarumma! Qualify that under half-chances as Dybala does everything right in the build-up to dribble his way into the area, but loses his balance at the vital moment as he sends a tame effort into the waiting arms of the Milan keeper.
31'
TERRIFIC REACTIONS! A lovely show of ambition from Suso who sends a venomous effort at goal from 20 yards on the end of a clever run. It takes a deflection on its way through, forcing Buffon to readjust, but the keeper does just that to dive across and parry! Pressure stays on following the subsequent corner, but Bonaventura drags a shot wide.
27'
That would have been something! Dybala goes for the spectacular as he tries to connect with an acrobatic bicycle kick on the end of a cross in from the left, but just scuffs the contact. Nonetheless that's prompted quite a roar of approval from those in attendance, just for attempting that.
25'
Calhanoglu lands awkwardly on the end of a run and stays down in a bit of pain. He slowly gets back up as play continues, and he has not looked over to the touchline for treatment but is moving gingerly, so this will definitely be one worth keeping an eye on.
23'
Both sides have shown excellent intensity as they haven't backed down from a duel. Milan have been stingy and disciplined, showing great patience and confidence, while Juventus have definitely made a point of asserting themselves in possession.
21'
Strong hands from Donnarumma! The keeper gets good distance to his punch there as a cross-cum-shot in from the right caught him off guard, but he did well to react - especially with Mandzukic threatening at the far post.
19'
If Milan are going to allow Juventus to keep the ball like they are, then they need to be a bit quicker on the break. They've invited the Bianconeri forward, allowing them to camp out just inside the halfway line, but when Milan pounce on the ball they've been far too slow in getting forward, allowing Juve to regain their shape.
15'
BETTER! Well there's Dybala! Milan certainly won't be able to prevent him from getting involved, but they will do well to limit him to those sort of looks. Dybala takes a pass in a decent position in the area, but he's closed down in a flash as he's forced to send a rushed shot wide of the near post.
13'
Plenty of possession for Juventus as they assert their dominance in midfield, but Milan have organised themselves very well off the ball as the Bianconeri have struggled to get the likes of Mandzukic and Dybala involved.
11'
Just over 10 minutes gone in the final and it's been an entertaining watch thus far. Both sides have shown good intent, and everything we have seen from the pair of clubs in recent weeks suggests this really should be anyone's match to have.
9'
FIRST BIG CHANCE! A wonderful bit of interplay from Milan as they burst forward down the left flank, with Cutrone getting on the end of a one-two with Calhanoglu in an excellent shooting position, but his first-time strike is parried by Buffon! Either side of the keeper and that's a goal! Back the other way come Juventus who win a corner, but Costa eventually scuffs a strike well over the bar.
5'
Milan have settled in now following that slightly nervy start, though they're definitely showing plenty of respect to the Juventus attack, and with good reason. They're doing better to keep the ball here, though, passing it around patiently in midfield as they look to get into a rhythm.
3'
Juventus open up on the front foot as they push the tempo, with Milan quickly reverting to a defensive shell. A nice probing run from Costa puts Gattuso's side under some early pressure, but his ball in for Khedira is collected by Donnarumma.
1'
AND THEY'RE OFF! Both sides in their famous kits - Juventus black and white, Milan red and black - as the match gets underway!
Hello and welcome to live coverage of the Coppa Italia final! Two of the countries most storied clubs, Juventus and AC Milan, are set to compete in the final of this, the 71st edition of the competition, at the Stadio Olimpico!
Juventus, on the verge of clinching yet another Serie A title, enter tonight's final as favourites, but AC Milan blazed an impressive trail en route to booking their place in the showcase, beating Verona, Inter and Lazio, as they aim to win the competition for the first time since 2003.
The road to the final for Juventus was not as impressive – beating the likes of Genoa, Torino and Atalanta – though the championship pedigree of Massimiliano Allegri’s side is not to be overlooked.
Gennaro Gattuso was in the Milan side the last time the Rossoneri won the competition, playing 89 minutes in midfield in the second leg of the 2003 final at San Siro, and now he has a chance to deliver the club just a second Coppa Italia title in the last 30 years.
Juventus have won the competition a record 12 times and have completed the domestic double (Serie A and Coppa Italia) in each of the last three seasons. With the league all but wrapped up again this year, Milan are all that stand in their way from extending that to four.

Massimiliano Allegri makes four changes to the Juventus side from the victory over Bologna at the weekend. Costa is rewarded with a start following his impact off bench in that match, replacing Sandro, while Mandzukic makes his return from injury at the expense of Higuain, who has been relegated to a spot on the bench. Benatia and Pjanic are also restored in the XI, with Rugani and Marchisio giving way.
Gattuso makes just one change to his side from their 4-1 hammering of Verona on Saturday, as Calabria comes in to play right-back at the expense of Abate. Cutrone keeps his place atop the lineup after getting back on the scoresheet at the weekend, flanked by Suso and Calhanoglu.
Goalless at the break in the Italian capital in what is proving to be a tightly contested final between these Serie A giants. Juventus have held the edge in possession through 45 minutes, but it's Milan who have come closer to breaking the deadlock, with Buffon forced into a pair of crucial saves to deny Cutrone and Suso. Still everything to play for in Rome!
That's all for our live coverage, thanks for following along. Goodbye!
Juventus are crowned Coppa Italia champions for a record 13th time as they cruise to victory in Rome for a fourth successive title! They were made to fight for every inch of space through the opening 55 minutes, but then the floodgates opened. Benatia provided the breakthrough and a pair of Donnarumma errors put the match out of reach, before an own goal from Kalinic provided the icing on the cake on what turned out to be a miserable night for Milan.
