Insigne accidentally handles the ball over on the left wing, resulting in one final free kick for Juventus. It's fired into the box and pinballs around dangerously, but Napoli are just about able to deal with the danger before the linesman's flag is raised for offside. That is surely that!
90' +2
Juventus pile bodies forward from the restart as they try to find a way back into the game, but Matuidi ends up barging into Albiol and fouls the the centre-back as they battle for the ball.
90'
K. Koulibaly has scored a goal for Napoli! Assist by José Callejón.
Callejon put the ball on a plate for Koulibaly, but that goal was brilliantly executed by the centre-back. He left Buffon with no chance with his bullet header.
GOAL! Napoli take the lead in the last minute! The resulting set piece is fired into the heart of the penalty area, where Koulibaly rises high and beats Buffon with an absolutely excellent header. What a time to score!
89'
A great lofted pass from Jorginho sails over to the left wing and picks out Insigne. The forward then fires a curling cross into the middle of the box, where Callejon narrowly misses the ball before Buffon tips it round the far post for a corner.
87'
A poor pass from Lichtsteiner presents Napoli with a great opportunity to push forward. After a lengthy build-up, Milik eventually finds himself with the ball at his feet on the edge of the penalty area, but he lets himself down with a poor first touch that gifts possession back to Juventus.
85'
Sloppiness is starting to creep into Napoli's play as they push as many bodies forward as possible. A poor pass can only find Lichtsteiner, who breaks towards the box before being brought down from behind. The home players and fans scream for a free kick, but the referee isn't at all interested and waves play on.
83'
Napoli desperately work the ball around inside the hosts' half of the pitch as they try to find a way in front. They're unable to break through the sea of white and black camped in front of them, and Zielinski eventually forces Buffon into making a diving save with his 25-yard shot.
82'
Juventus are awarded another free kick in a decent position, and it's one that, understandably, they take their time with. Pjanic's cross into the penalty area is a decent one, but it narrowly misses two team-mates on its way behind for a goal kick.
80'
M. Rog enters the game and replaces Allan.
Allan has made way for Rog for the visitors. Will he be able to make the difference for his side, who desperately need to find a way in front late on.
79'
Mandzukic is clumsily clattered into from behind by Allan, presenting Juventus with a free kick in a decent position over on the left flank. Pjanic steps up and crosses but Napoli are just about able to deal with the danger before Reina is fouled as he tries to collect the ball.

Description
77'
Insigne and Milik try to link up with one another once again, but this time the substitute can't quite find the onrushing forward inside the penalty area and Juventus just about hold on.
75'
Insigne does well to skip past his marker and poke the ball through to Milik. The striker then tries to tee up Rui over on the left wing, but his chipped pass is overhit and bounces out for a throw-in.
73'
Great chance for Callejon! A wonderful lofted pass from Jorginho flies over the Juventus back line and towards Callejon, who latches onto the ball and unleashes a brilliant volley. It's well saved by Buffon, though, and the linesman's flag is then raised for offside. The Spaniard looked to be a yard or so on, mind.
72'
Zielinski and Milik link up nicely just outside of the hosts' box as Napoli push forward on another well-worked attacking move, but Milik can't quite latch onto the final pass from his team-mate and has the ball thumped away from him.
71'
M. Mandžukić enters the game and replaces Douglas Costa.
Juventus have made their third and final change, with Mandzukic coming on to take the place of Costa.
70'
Insigne receives the ball on the edge of the Juventus penalty area once again after being left in a pocket of space, but his first touch lets him down and denies him the opportunity to test Buffon once again.
68'
Juventus aren't able to fully clear the danger from their own half of the pitch, allowing Insigne to pick up the ball on the edge of the box. He quickly spins and shoots, but his strike is sent straight into the hands of Buffon.
67'
P. Zieliński enters the game and replaces M. Hamšík.
Napoli have made their second alteration of the night, with Hamsik making way for Zielinski.
65'
A misplaced pass from Allan can only find Costa, who quickly breaks forward on a counter-attack. Napoli do well to get plenty of bodies back, though, and they're able to deal with the danger without too many problems.
63'
A deflected pass from Hamsik is sent away from the marauding figure of Milik and behind for a corner. The cross is fired towards the near post, but it's poorly hit and easily blasted away by Pjanic.
61'
A. Milik enters the game and replaces D. Mertens.
Mertens hasn't been as involved in the game as he usually is, and Sarri has decided to bring on Milik to replace the Belgian up front.
59'
Napoli patiently move the ball around as they try to find a way through the sea of white and black camped in front of them. A chipped pass is eventually sent towards the onrushing Callejon, but Howedes is there to get his head on the ball instead.
57'
Costa darts down the left flank and does really well to get the better of Hysaj. He then skips into the box and tries to cut a pass back to Higuain, but Jorginho is there to dive in front of the ball at the vital moment.
55'
Napoli quickly push forward and carve out a chance on goal for themselves, but Asamoah does well to stick with Callejon and comfortably guides the Spaniard's first-time volley out of play.
54'
A poked pass across the edge of the Napoli penalty area somehow manages to find Cuadrado, but the Colombian doesn't pull the trigger quickly enough and is easily dispossessed by Koulibaly deep inside the box.
52'
Hamsik goes close! Insigne gets the better of Lichtsteiner with a lovely touch and pass as he sets up Hamsik to shoot, but the midfielder can only find the side-netting with his thumping low strike.
50'
Juventus are able to push forward on their first attack since the half-time break, but, after doing well to get down the left wing, Cuadrado can only fire an overhit cross out for a goal kick.
48'
It's now or never for Napoli, who, much like they did towards the end of the first half, are on the front foot and putting Juventus under pressure. A failure to win today would all but hand the Serie A title to the Bianconeri once again.
46'
J. Cuadrado enters the game and replaces P. Dybala.
Juventus have made a substitution during the half-time break, with Dybala making way for Cuadrado.
We're underway once again!
45' +2
Napoli try to push forward on one final attacking move before the half-time break, but Callejon ends up fouling Asamoah as the two battle for the ball and Juventus are awarded a free kick midway inside their own half of the pitch.
45'
The fourth official has indicated that there will be two minutes of added time.
43'
Insigne skips past Khedira in the middle of the pitch and looks as if he's going to be able to set up Mertens on the edge of the penalty area, but Costa does really well to rush back and latch onto the pass before it can find the onrushing Belgian.
41'
Matuidi bounces past two players as he breaks forward on a great run. He then sends a pinpoint cross-field pass to Costa, who lets himself down with a heavy first touch that gifts possession back to the visitors.
39'
Napoli move the ball around nicely once again as they try to find a way back into the Juventus box, but Callejon's pass towards the edge of it is poor and can only bounce into the feet of Pjanic.
37'
Insigne has the ball in the back of the net, but it won't count! It's Napoli who are on the front foot and dominating possession as they keep putting Juventus under plenty of pressure. Jorginho fires a great pass into the penalty area and straight to Insigne, who beats Buffon with his first-time shot but has it rightly ruled out for offside.
35'
Asamoah loses out deep down the right flank, and once again it's Allan who takes advantage of the full-back's error. He then fires another cross into the box, but this time it's Benatia who gets on the end of it at the vital moment.
33'
Allan does well to carve out a pocket of space for himself over on the right wing before swinging a cross into the heart of the Juventus penalty area. It's well hit, but Howedes is there to head the ball away from danger.
31'
It's all kicking off! The game is briefly stopped, meaning a drop ball for Juventus that should be played back to Napoli. Khedira instead thumps the ball out of play, which Insigne isn't at all happy about. He makes his feelings well known to the German, resulting in Costa getting involving in a shoving match that the referee does well to quickly bring to an end.
29'
Costa, who has barely seen the ball so far, breaks down the right flank as Juventus try to hit Napoli on a quick attacking move. He's unable to make it count, though, as Insigne is there to easily dispossess the Brazilian.
27'
M. Pjanić gets yellow.
27 minutes in and four players have already been booked. This time it's Pjanic who receives a yellow card for a clumsy foul on Rui as Napoli push forward once again.
25'
Vital block by Benatia! This time it's Hamsik who darts down the left wing before turning provider, but he can't quite pick out Mertens in front of goal and has his low cross fired out of play by Benatia.
23'
What a chance for Hamsik! Juventus drop off Rui, allowing the Portuguese to cut inside from out wide and poke a pass into the penalty area. It perfectly sets up Hamsik, who shoots from close range but sends a low effort past the far post.
21'
Nervy moments for Buffon! Rui darts down the left wing and unleashes a looping cross that's poorly hit. It causes a few problems for Buffon, though, as the veteran goalkeeper is forced into backtracking before tipping the ball over the crossbar.
19'
Sloppy play by the hosts deep inside their own half of the pitch gifts possession to Napoli's hardworking front line. The ball is quickly worked over to Mertens, who shoots but can only curl a tame effort into the hands of Buffon.
17'
Pjanic hits the post! The Bosnian's shot is deflected off Callejon and looks set to find the back of the net, but it smashes the woodwork after leaving Reina totally rooted to the spot.
16'
Raúl Albiol gets yellow.
Albiol dives into Higuain from behind and catches the former Napoli striker with a mistimed challenge, leaving the referee with no choice but to award Juventus a free kick just outside of the box.
15'
After a slightly slow start to the game, Juventus are starting to cause problems for their opponents. They're showing more attacking intent and are beginning to find pockets of space inside the final third of the pitch.
13'
A dangerous cross is whipped into the Napoli box, but Rui is there to nod the ball behind for a corner. The set piece is well executed and almost finds Howedes, but Rui is there to put the defender off and guide the ball out of play.
11'
S. Lichtsteiner enters the game and replaces G. Chiellini.
Chiellini hasn't been able to shake off his injury, and he has to make way for Lichtsteiner. It looks as if Howedes will move to centre-back, allowing the Switzerland international to feature at right-back.
10'
Rui steps up and shoots from the resulting set-piece, but there's slightly too much power behind the strike and it sails several yards over the top of the crossbar.
9'
K. Asamoah gets yellow.
M. Benatia gets yellow.
Asamoah was also guilty of fouling Callejon during the build-up, and he's quickly shown a yellow card of his own.
Huge decision by the referee! Mertens darts deep into the Juventus half of the pitch and takes on Benatia, who cynically fouls the forward as he tries to make it into the box. It results in a booking and a free kick, but could the referee have given a red? It wasn't until Mertens went down that the half-injured Chiellini was able to get back and help out, leaving Benatia as the last defender...
8'
For the time being Chiellini is soldiering on, but the centre-back doesn't look to be moving particularly well. He tangled with Insigne at the start of the game and seemed to land slightly awkwardly, leaving him in need of medical treatment. For now, though, he remains on the pitch.
6'
More good play looks as if it might result in a chance on goal for Mertens from the edge of the box, but Benatia steps up and gets the better of the Belgian to stop him from latching onto Callejon's pass.
4'
It's been a great start by Napoli, who are playing with real intensity. Hysaj breaks down the right flank and tries to play a quick one-two with Mertens, but his run past Asamoah is slightly mistimed and he's flagged offside before he can unleash a cross.
2'
Early chance for Insigne! Hamsik is able to find a pocket of space deep down the left wing, allowing him to send a pass into the penalty area. It deflects off Khedira and heads towards Insigne, who sticks out a foot and sends a scuffed shot wide of the far post.
1'
We're off! It's Napoli who get us underway and immediately go on the front foot.
Good evening and welcome to our live coverage of today’s Serie A game between Juventus and Napoli at the Allianz Stadium.
All eyes will be glued to tonight’s huge clash, as Serie A’s top two are set to go head-to-head in a game that could end up deciding who will lift the title in little under a month’s time. It’s reigning champions Juventus who currently lead the way, but a disappointing draw with Crotone, coupled with Napoli’s win at home to Udinese, means the gap between the two sides stands at just four points.
It was very nearly a completely different story, though. At one point on Wednesday, Juventus were leading Crotone while Napoli found themselves behind at the Stadio San Paolo, but a great fightback from the Partenopei, who took the lead just as their title rivals conceded a costly equaliser, means there’s still plenty left to play for with four games of the season remaining.
Despite the close nature of the battle for top spot, a victory for Juventus tonight will surely wrap up their seventh consecutive league title. Their Champions League dream is over, meaning they can fully concentrate on domestic matters as they aim to hold off the threat coming from Napoli. However, they still have to face Inter and Roma before the season’s end, meaning they need to be at their very best from now onwards.
Napoli have looked understandably tired in recent weeks, which was evident at times during their midweek victory. They’re unbeaten in their last six games but have drawn three of those - compared to 10 wins in 11 before that. They do have a slightly easier run-in than their rivals, though, and a victory this evening would certainly set us up for a truly fantastic end to the season.
Unsurprisingly, recent meetings between these two sides have been close affairs, with both enjoying a win apiece from their last three games. However, Napoli haven’t been victorious against the reigning champions in a league clash since September 2015, while it was the Old Lady who came away with all three points when they met in Naples four and a half months ago.
There’s just under 15 minutes left to go until kick-off, so let’s have a look at how the two teams will be lining up this evening…
Napoli substitutes: Rafael, Christian Maggio, Hrvoje Milic, Piotr Zielinski, Vlad Chiriches, Luigi Sepe, Zinedine Machach, Marko Rog, Adam Ounas, Amadou Diawara, Lorenzo Tonelli, Arkadiusz Milik.
Napoli XI (4-3-3): Pepe Reina; Elseid Hysaj, Raul Albiol, Kalidou Koulibaly, Mario Rui; Allan, Jorginho, Marek Hamsik; Jose Callejon, Dries Mertens, Lorenzo Insigne.
Juventus substitutes: Juan Cuadrado, Alex Sandro, Andrea Barzagli, Carlo Pinsoglio, Mario Mandzukic, Wojciech Szczesny, Daniele Rugani, Stephan Lichtsteiner, Rodrigo Bentancur, Federico Bernardeschi.
Juventus XI (4-3-3): Gianluigi Buffon; Benedikt Howedes, Medhi Benatia, Giorgio Chiellini, Kwadwo Asamoah; Sami Khedira, Miralem Pjanic, Blaise Matuidi; Douglas Costa, Gonzalo Higuain, Paulo Dybala.
Massimiliano Allegri has decided to make six changes to the Juventus side that started the draw with Crotone during the week, with Buffon, Howedes, Chiellini, Asamoah, Khedira and Pjanic returning to the starting line-up to replace Szczesny, Lichtsteiner, Rugani, Sandro, Claudio Marchisio and Stefano Sturaro, respectively.
Meanwhile, Napoli boss Maurizio Sarri has made four alterations to the team that featured in their last outing, with Tonelli, Zielinski, Diawara and Milik making way for Koulibaly, Allan, Jorginho and Mertens.
The two sides are making their way out onto the pitch, with just a few minutes to go until kick-off. The atmosphere inside the stadium is electric, with both sets of fans in fine voice.
HALF-TIME: JUVENTUS 0-0 NAPOLI
A closely fought and tactically fascinating encounter remains firmly in the balance at the halfway stage, with Juventus doing well to keep a determined Napoli side at bay. It's the visitors who have dominated possession so far, but the league leaders have remained well-organised and compact at the back to deny them many clear-cut chances on goal. Both sides will be happy with what they've seen so far, but Allegri will no doubt be the most pleased.
The two teams are making their way back out on to the pitch ahead of the start of the second half.
FULL-TIME: JUVENTUS 0-1 NAPOLI
The title race is on! Napoli huffed and puffed but just couldn't seem to find their way through Juventus' rigid and hard-working back line, only for Koulibaly to pop up late on and beat Buffon with a bullet header. It's a huge blow for the home side, who now lead the Partenopei by a single point heading into the final four games.
